weekend cooking class!

sempena weekend ni yang free of work, i just have tried a new recipe i shared with my lil sis, nabihah. anyway she suggested me to do this since friday. so baru pagi tadi ada masa nak buat strawberry 'cheesecake' ni. ok, it's simply delicious and easy to make it! try ya!

1. prepare the ingredients such as creamcheese, any type of jam and a few slices of crackers.


2. softened the 3 tablespoons of cream cheese in microwave about 10seconds


3. mix the softened cream cheese with the jam. if u like more cheese, just add 2 tablespoons of the jam!


4. kacau the mixture like this until the colour turn pinky!



5. spread a little of the mixture onto each cracker like this and put some raisins or coloured rice above the crackers. either eat right away, or chill for 30minutes. the cracker will soften and become more like a cheesecake crust, and the topping will firm up
