#4 From Top to Toe: Lips


Naa, sorry for late update! weehuuu! I was busy attending my dear assignment in the day. (haha. treat the assignment like HUMAN! lol)

As I had updated about Top, Tooth and Face, here is update for Luscious Lips! (lick the lipss~)

Wild Cherry Lip Butter

#3 From Top to Toe : Face


Naaa... Hari ni nak update awal sket daripada biasa since malam ni nak fokus untuk study quiz and midterm so no more LAPPY ya! :)

Okay, for the third episode, let me introduce you to The Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Care which I'm currently use and falling in love at the first sight! :)

I just use these product range in early this year. Not bad, I really satisfied with these... :D

For the first time, my mom introduced me to Tea Tree Oil untuk kurangkan acne. Yeah, sorta esok tu da kecut acne tu. and, mmg satisfy la. hee. guna lagi on the 2nd day, the acne just dried and fade away. So, no need la to picit kan? nanti tinggalkan bekas pulak.

 and, dijadikan cerita, Tea Tree Oil tu da habis lepas da guna banyak kali, so I've decided to buy one at The Body Shop, then a promoter came to me to show a Tea Tree Skin Care Kit. semua ada. cleanser, toner, moisturiser and oil.

#2 From Top to Toe : Tooth


Here I am for another episode of From Top to Toe. So, before I go further in my tooth care, let's watch this video first! :D (p/s: please pause the song at the bottom first. sorry for the inconvenience)

So, right now, I am Sensodyne user! Hoyeaahh! Baru je pakai last eid adha, 26th Oct 2012.

Nak tau kenapa I use this product now? sebab last week, I experienced toothache yg menyebabkan gue x boleh tido lena. asyik terbangun je each time 5 mins terlelap. mmg menangis sorang2 la masa sakit gigi, sampai tdo pukul 3am! sabar jela. at last, esok tu tekad g dentist dengan beraninya sorang2. heh. lepas da dapatkan rawatan tu, the ache berkurang but somehow, when I tried to drink iced soya during the dinner, tetiba sakit sampai rasa mcm tanak cakap dengan sesiapa. :( even, kalau pakai ubat gigi biasa pun rasa sakit, ngilu

and, during last Friday, my family went to One Utama Shopping Centre, suddenly ternampak iklan Sensodyne Repair and Protect before enter into the parking bay. seriously rasa teruja dgn iklan tu! then, terus cakap ngn mama, "ma, nanti nak beli Sensodyne la!" <---- pengaruh iklan. haha

#1 From Top to Toe : Top

Salam uolss!

Yeah! At last, I have time to update my blog. Why? Because I'm in mid sem break! HOORAAY! (haha. xpayah nak hooraay sgt la kan? assignment kena buat, buku kena baca)

By the way, for this time post, I want to share with all of u my "From Top to Toe"! Aha! Why? Sebab ada la beberapa mates tanya, "eh, u pakai shampoo ape eh? Nape mcm wangi?" (not the exact dialog okay!)

So, let me start from the TOP which is the shampoo that I'm currently using.

I like to consume animal-free products, frankly, it's plant-based ingredients; 100% natural ingredients. So that NO animals fat etc kn? Memang best sangat shampoo ni sbb bila pakai je WANGI tu memang semerbak! and, rambut pun ringan. Lepas tu, yang paling best, shampoo ni 2 in 1; shampoo + conditioner. So, da jimat duit kat situ. No need to buy another bottle of conditioner.

Before this, I used to consume shampoo that has so many chemical ingredients on it. But somehow, rambut gugur makin menjadi2.  Sape nak kan? My friend said that sbb shampoo tu banyak sangat bahan kimia. Then, I switched to this shampoo. Sejak dari tu, I always check ingredients on something yang mana banyak sangat chemical substance, I REJECT! I suggest to use 3-4 times shampooing. Selang seli shampoo (Isnin-Rabu-Jumaat-Sabtu or Ahad) because we as hijab women use to wear tudung everyday. Rambut tu pulak duduk dalam scarf dgn lamanya. and, please don't shampoo during morning bath sbb lepas tu nak pakai tudung nak g kelas or ofis, so, better shampoo after balik dari kelas or ofis. :)

Okay, right after shampooing, please make sure rambut uolls kering dulu baru sikat. No need to kering sangat but somehow, jangan rambut basah lagi, uolls da sikat lepas tu ikat rambut! Wah! Pantang bangat gue! Let the hair dry naturally for about 5mins lepas tu sikat la. So that xdela uolls sikat dengan air dari rambut tu terpercik sampai kat lantai kan? haha. jenis sikat tu terpulang pada masing2, ade org suka pakai sikat mcm atas ni, ade org suka pakai brush comb yg besar tu. terpulang! :)

And, don't directly tie your hair after combing it. Let the hair breath first. Ni tidak, lepas shampoo atau basuh terus ikat, kesian la rambut tu, x bernafas. Huuhee. Also, I'm not recommending to use hair dryer. Boleh lagi kering ade la rambut tu. Ye ye ye, sy mengaku dulu suka sangat pakai hair dryer mama. hee. tapi skrg da xde sape pakai da. 

Em what else ya? Shampoo dah, sikat dah, ikat rambut dah. Rasanya tu je..

McM Apple Pie


Kembali lagi kita di dapur Miss Marvellous. hewhew. Soorrry for a late post!

By the way, siapa da habis puasa 6? Angkat keyboard! haha. Okay, I just start today and it was like, worst sahur I have ever had! Sebab macam sakit kat perut sebelah kiri ni masa bangun sahur. lepas tu, makan pun sikit. Kalau ikutkan, mmg x layak nak puasa la kan? sebab takut memudaratkan diri. However, I just tried to fast till the end of the day.. Even ade rasa sakit tu sikit2, so, sleep is the best cure! :D

For today's iftar, I made apple pie! Cari punya cari resipi yang simple, so, i found from Arianna 100 Recipes Challenge! Have a try ya! Btw, ni semua sbb craving for McD's Apple Pie yesterday and because we need to boycott them, without refuse, I just bought all the ingredients at supermarket and do home-made version! :D

And, as this is my first time making apple pie or any pie in the world.. =.=' Play safe to choose the ready made pie crust instead of making my own. Maybe next time when I am really ready to play with the flour then I'll give a second think of making my own! :D

McM Apple Pie (about 8 pcs)

  • 2 Granny Smith apples (green apples) (cut in the form of small cube)
  • Ready made pie crust (can get at the frozen section in the supermarket)
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 3/4 tablespoon of flour
  • 3/4 tablespoon of butter (if guna buttercup, just slice a thin of butter)
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon ground
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Raw sugar
  • 1 egg


1. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon and add it to the small cube form apples. Mixed well. Add butter and a pinch of salt to taste. Then cook in pan with 1/2 cup of water until the apples turn brown.

2. Preheat the oven to 170'C
3. Place the pie crust on a lightly floured surface and roll with rolling pin the pastry square. It just to make it thin and x muak with tebal pastry! But, please don't so thin, make it average.
4. Spoon a bit of the apple pie filling on one side of the square, making sure not to go to the edges.

5. Fold the pastry in half and gently seal the edges with your fingers. take a fork and crimp the edges of the pie closed. Using a knife, carefully trim off the uneven edges.

Ready to bake!

5. Slice vents into top of each pie. Brush the tops of each pie with the egg wash. Sprinkle each pie with sugar.
6. Place into the oven and bake for 10-15minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool on a baking rack.
7. Ready to serve!

Jemput makan! Okay. abaikan yg gelap tu.
can you see that hangus? okay. sorry. sebab tersetting timing lama - 20minutes. Should be 10-15minutes. However, it depends on your oven! :D

[Resipi Raya] #4 : Popia Gulung-Gulung


I think this is my last post about Resipi Raya since I have stop from doing all the kuih today. Hee :D

So, as this is the last, I would like to share 2 recipes altogether!

Popia Gulung-gulung Nestum and Popia Gulung-gulung Bersira Pedas

It's so simple!

naa, Check it out before I rambling.

Popia Gulung-gulung Nestum


1 bungkus kulit popia 
2 sudu besar tepung gandum dan 2 sudu besar air (dibancuh sebagai gam untuk lekat bucu nanti)
3 cawan Nestum (dikisar)
1 cawan gula (dikisar)
1 cawan tepung susu (sy x guna)


1. Kulit popia dipotong dua. Gulungkan seperti membentuk 1 batang panjang dan sapukan sedikit bancuhan tepung gandum dihujungnya supaya melekat. Gulung sehingga habis.
2. Kemudian gunting serong - serong hingga habis dan goreng dalam minyak penuh hingga warna keperang - perangan. Toskan.
3. Nestum, tepung susu dan gula diletak dalam 1 mangkuk besar dan masukkan popia yang telah digoreng tadi.
4. Gaulkan sehingga semua rata.
5. Siap dan simpan dalam bekas kedap udara.

Okay. Now, let me share you the second recipe. That is...

Popia Gulung-gulung Bersira Pedas

Bahan :
1 bungkus besar kulit popia 
2 sudu besar tepung gandum dan 2 sudu air (dibancuh sebagai gam untuk lekat bucu nanti)

Bahan untuk sambal :
4 sudu besar cili kisar
2 ulas bawang merah - dikisar
1 ulas bawang putih - dikisar
sedikit udang kering - tak nak letak pun xpe.
garam secukup rasa
sedikit kiub ikan bilis/ayam
5 sudu besar gula     
Bahan sampingan :
ikan bilis - basuh, toskan dan goreng garing
kacang tanah - goreng tanpa minyak (saya xletak)
bijan - goreng sikit tanpa minyak (xletak juga)

Cara membuatnya :
1. Kulit popia dipotong dua. Gulungkan seperti membentuk 1 batang panjang dan sapukan sedikit bancuhan tepung gandum dihujungnya supaya melekat. Gulung sehingga habis.
2. Kemudian gunting serong - serong hingga habis dan goreng dalam minyak penuh hingga warna keperang - perangan. Toskan.
3. Sesudah habis goreng semua popia terus buat sambal.
4. Tumis semua bahan2 kisar dan masukkan garam secukup rasa dan kiub ikan bilis/ayam, kacau, masukkan gula dan kacau lagi, biar hingga pekat dan gula hancur, tutup api dan terus tuang popia yang digoreng tadi, kacau sebati...masukkkan juga ikan bilis, kacang tanah dan tabur bijan jika suka. 
5. Biarkan sejuk sebentar dan terus simpan dalam bekas bertutup rapat.

tadaaa! siap dua jenis popia gulung-gulung!

1. sy beli 1 paket yang mengandungi 40 keping. So, saya bahagikan kpd 2, 20-20 untuk nestum dan sambal.
2. mama kata, versi nestum untuk budak-budak, versi pedas untuk org tua! haha
3. tips saya, kalau tanak boring gulung2 tu, tontonlah TV. sure x boring ngadap kulit popiah yang putih itu.
4. tips lagi, sebelum gunakan kulit popia, nyah bekukan selam 1/2 jam dan untuk elakkan kulit popia kering, letakkan 1 kain lembap atas kulit popia yang tak digulung itu..

Btw, just to let my readers know, all those recipes before that I just posted are for my reference in future and also as recipe sharing for dear readers. :)

Sambal Tempe Kering


Tempe (1 paket)
Ikan bilis (segenggam)
5 biji bawang merah (dikisar)
3 biji bawang putih (dikisar)
4 sudu besar cili kisar
Sedikit kiub pati ayam/ikan bilis (xde pun xpe)
5 sudu besar gula


1. Potong tempe kecil2 dan goreng sehingga garing kekuningan. Toskan dan letak tepi.
2. Goreng ikan bilis hingga garing dan toskan.
3. Tumiskan bawang merah dan putih sehingga naik bau. Masukkan cili kisar. kacau hingga sebati.
4. Masukkan garam dan kiub ayam/ikan bilis.
5. Masukkan gula dan kacau sehinggan gula hancur.
6. Apabila kuah sudah likat, masukkan tempe dan ikan bilis yang digoreng tadi ke dalam kuah.
7. Kacau sehingga semua sebati dan kering
6. Siap! Hidangkan bersama nasi panas!


1. Sedap sangat! Rasa pedas2, manis2 gitu. :)

[Resipi Raya] #3 : MARvellous Choc Chip Cookies


Yeah! da lama tak update resipi raya. sebelum ni resipi iftar. hee :)

Ni nak share resipi cookies yang paling marvellous! hewhew. sekali makan, nak 3 4 kali! so addicted! sampai rasa kena sorokkan bekas biskut supaya xdpt makan dah. nak simpan. heh.

believe me that, lepas ni xpayah beli kat Famous Amos dah. sebab 100gm yang RM6.50++ (eh. sebenarnya ingat2 lupa harga dia. sebab sekali dua je pernah beli. tu pun makan dengan penuh kasih sayang! haha) tu rasa mcm sayang sangat nak habiskan! :D

bila da boleh buat sendiri, xpayah pergi kiosk dah, unless mengidam sangat2 la kan? :p

Kiosk Famous Amos

So, without wasting any time more, lets check it out!

Marvellous Choc Chip Cookies


* 250g mentega
* ½ sudu kecil esen vanila
* 150g gula kastor 
* 1 biji kuning telur
* 280g tepung gandum (2 1/4 cawan)
* 10gm serbuk koko (3 sudu besar)
* ½ sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
* 2 sudu besar susu tepung
* 2 sudu besar tepung jagung
* Secubit garam 
* 1 cawan oat (dikisar halus) - optional
* 100g sebarang kekacang (walnut, badam, hazel, gajus, etc, yang dicincang)
* 100g coklat cip 

Cara-cara : 

1. Pukul mentega, gula kastor dan esen vanila hingga kembang.
2. Masukkan kuning telur dan pukul rata.
3. Ayakkan tepung gandum, tepung jagung, susu tepung, soda bikarbonat, serbuk koko, oat dan garam ke dalam bahan yang dipukul tadi. (cara saya: campurkan semua bahan kering ini dan ayak kesemuanya ke dalam mangkuk adunan)
4. Masukkan coklat cip dan cincangan kacang. Kacau rata.
5. Sudukan adunan di atas dulang pembakar. Bakar pada suhu 160°C selama 15-20 minit atau sehingga kekuningan. (oven saya: 130'C 5minit je. saya dah try mcm resipi, tp gelap!)
6. Sejukkan biskut terlebih dahulu sebelum disimpan di dalam balang kuih.

1. Kalau kacang dan cip dicampur bersama, sy cadangkan 50gm kekacang dan 50gm cip. kalau x, penuh sangat nanti.
2. Sementara tunggu biskut didalam oven, simpankan adunan didalam fridge untuk elak cair
3. saya guna kacang badam dan panggang dalam oven selama 5 minit untuk dapatkan kerangupan. :)
4. sy bulat2kan adunan sebesar guli dan tekan atas dulang pembakar. so, bila buat kecik2, dapat dalam 175-180cookies. :)

So, inilah hasilnya!

[Resipi Iftar] #4 : Upside Down Pizza


Ni nak share 1 resipi buat pizza mudah tanpa menggunakan doh. I've tried many times before this. Saje nak share lagi buat siaran ulangan cm Astro. ups! InshaAllah, petang ni nak buat. hikhik. 

Daaaan, sebab nak share ngn cik Fienaz kte since semalam dia ade buat pizza, tapi dengar macam keciwa je bunyi. if the problem is the dough, same with me! bakat nak menguli doh macam Cik Tiralicious kte tu mmg sy xde. she has 6 packs! >.<" (just kidding!)

so, without wasting time anymore, lets check it out! 

Diolah: Cik MArvellous

Upside-Down Pizza
loyang bulat 8 inci (kalau nak guna loyang 9x9 inci pun boleh, so dough dy tu xdela tebal cm dlm gmbr)


2 bj telur
1 cawan susu 
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu besar minyak
1/2 sudu kecil garam

- gaul sebati semua bahan dan ketepikan.


1 keping dada ayam- kerat2  (nak guna ayam/daging cincang pun boleh) 
3 sosej/hotdog- kerat2
1/2 tin cendawan butang- hiris (sy guna cendawan tiram yg dipotong halus2)
1/2 bawang besar- dadu
3 ulas bawang putih- hiris halus
2 sudu besar tomato puree (nak guna sos tomato pun boleh. kalau nak style pedas, tambah sos cili sikit) 
1 tangkai cili merah @ capsicum dipotong halus (ni sy tambah)
1 sudu besar oregano (optional)

- tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih sampai layu
- masukkan ayam dan tumis sampai ayam masak
- masukkan sosej, cendawan, dan tomato puree (sos tomato+sos cili). masak kejap.
- gaulkan oregano, cili dan perasakan garam

Keju slice secukupnya (dipotong2)

  • Panaskan oven 180 degree
  • Letakkan filling dlm loyang dan ratakan. filling tu jangan tebal, nanti tak melekat pd doh. (biasa kn tgk pizza hut @ dominos tu? filling dia selapis je)
  • tabur cheese atas filling.
  • cuahkan adunan 'dough' kat atas.
  • Bakar selama 25 minit, hingga keperangan.
  • Biarkan selama 5 minit sblm potong dan hidang. (style sy: biarkan 5 minit dan telangkupkan loyang atas pinggan utk dptkan bentuk pizza mcm kt kedai!)

Ni masa first time buat. a bit oily

[Resipi Iftar] #3 : Kek Batik Cheese Lemon

Assalamualaikum! *gaya org ketuk pintu nak masuk rumah*

hai berjumpa lagi kita untuk resipi ke-3! 
macam mana puasa? ada da ponteng? ahaks. diam2 je tau! hikhik
btw, tanpa membuang masa nak share 1 resipi ni : KEK BATIK CHEESE LEMON!

wah, nama! nak classy aje~ hikz
okay. sebelum nak share resipi ni, nak cte sikit la nape nama dia cmni..

alkisahnya bermula semalam, pagi Nuzul Quran.
pada hari kebiasaan, sy akan rajin baking atau buat 1 dessert utk berbuka. tp semalam x buat ape2 since ade lebihan karipap buat mgu lepas. karipap frozen yaaw! jangan main2. buat sendiri wooo~ penat tangan menguli dan mencanai! 

jadinya, semalam da bertekad nak membaking pada hari ni, 8 Ogos. sebelum tu, ade minta Cik Fienaz kte share resipi kek batik dia yang termasyhur tu. hiks.

jd, godek2 dapur sahur tadi, ade jumpa half packet of Digestive biscuit, susu pekat ade half jar, margerine half buku. so, nekad habis, pagi tu nak buat jugak kek batik since Cik Fienaz da share resipi kt blog dia.

bila check fridge, tengok2 ade cream cheese lebihan buat cheesecake hari tu. so, mmg dengan aim dan tujuan untuk meng'clear'kan fridge sebelum cuti pulang ke kampung, nak ubah sikit resipi Cik Fienaz utk buat Kek Batik Cheese Lemon (izinkan ye..) since sy peminat Cheesecake yg TEGAR! ahaks ;)

btw, disebabkan semua bahan2 kt rumah ni ade half2 je, so, sy halfkan semua bahan2 yang tertera

Resipi: Kek Batik Cheese Lemon

A: Cream Cheese Lemon (resipi ni mengikut pengalaman saya buat cheesecake)

100gram cream cheese
1/4 susu segar
1 sk gula pasir
1 sk lemon juice

B: Adunan coklat

1 packet milo yang kecil / 1 cawan milo (sy guna 1/2 cwn je)
1 tin susu cair (biasa guna susu carnation evaporated) (sy guna 1/2 tin susu pekat)
1 buku buttercup (sy guna 1/2 buku buttercup)
1 cawan gula halus (sy guna 1/2 cwn gula)
1 biji telur ayam- nak lembut letak, kalau suka yg ranggup xletak pun takpe.tapi aku letak lah. (letak sebiji)
1 sudu besar serbuk koko- kalo nak rase milo je, tak letak pun xpe. (rasanya mcm x letak td. hihi)
3 sudu besar Nestum (sy tambah. hiks)

1 1/2 packet biskut marie original (1/2 packet biskut digestive Tesco)


1. Mula2 sediakan bahan A dahulu. Putar cream cheese dengan susu sehingga kembang. Masukkan gula dan putar pada kelajuan maksima. Masukkan lemon juice dan putar hingga sebati. Letak tepi.
2. Sediakan bahan B pula. Cairkan buttercup atas api kecil dan masukkan susu pekat. Selepas itu, masukkan gula dan milo. Kacau sentiasa untuk elakkan ia berketul dan kacau sehingga pekat dalam lebih kurang 10-15minit. Masukkan telur dan kacau cepat2 supaya nanti telur tu x menjadi mcm scramble egg!
3. Bila dah pekat, tutup api.
4. Alaskan loyang dengan plastik atau aluminium foil untuk mudahkan dipotong keluar.
5. Sapukan loyang yang sudah beralas tadi dengan sedikit adunan B dan susun biskut*. 
6. Sapukan sedikit adunan B atas biskut yang disusun tadi dan susun biskut.
7. Ulangi langkah 5 dan 6 sehingga biskut habis. Tinggalkan sedikit adunan B untuk letak di lapisan atas sekali nanti.
8. Bila biskut sudah habis disusun, sapukan adunan A atas biskut yang terakhir. ratakan cream tersebut.
9. Sapukan lebihan adunan B tadi atas adunan A tadi. Buat la corak marble ke ape ke. terpulang. tak nak pun xpe.
10. Masukkan dalam peti sejuk selama beberapa jam. Agak2 dah keras sikit, sedia dihidang!

*sy prefer susun berlapis2. sebab cantik. hee :) ikut selera masing2. kalau nak campurkan biskut (patahkan 4) dalam adunan B pun okay! ;)

Assalamualaikum pembaca semua!

Alhamdulillah. yup. itulah perkataan pertama kita akan sebut bila bangun pagi. "Alhamdulillah hillazi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilaihinnusyur"

dan, bila lagi kita perlu mengucapkan syukur?

bila mendapat sesuatu rezeki atau nikmat. mashaAllah. terima kasih ya Allah atas kurniaan-Mu itu. sesungguhnya aku hanya hamba yang tahu meminta tetapi kurang memberi. sobs. tapi, inshaAllah, dalam ke arah itu, kita telah berusaha sebaik mungkin. masakan tidak, Allah akan mengubah nasib sesuatu kaum itu kan?


Alhamdulillah, sudah masuk Ramadhan ke-15 malam ini! separuh Ramadhan. 17 Ramadhan Nuzul Al-Quran.

Pada 1 Ogos yang lepas, pada hari Rabu, result student USIM telah diumumkan didalam eWadi. Alhamdulillah, malam itu, Allah permudahkan saya mengakses eWadi yang seperti semua student USIM maklum, ia akan menjadi jammed bila result keluar!

MashaAllah, berdebar2 la juga nak buka, sebab ingatkan jammed, tapi dalam sekelip mata, result keluar, TUPP! tengok subjek2 semua,

"eh. betul la ni subjek sem 4"

tengok gred subjek dan PNGK semua, ALHAMDULILLAH dititipkan di bibir. terima kasih ya Allah. *menangis* rasa mcm nak call semua pensyarah nak ucap terima kasih! (terima kasih Dr Zurina, Dr Hidayah, Pn Asiah, Pn Azalia, Dr Nathasa, Sir Azmir, Ustaz Rumai, Encik Norman! hanya Allah mampu membalasnya!  moga Allah berkati kalian)

lepas tu, terus btau mama. mama pun terkejut sebab tiba2 je datang tunjuk result. xde pape berita, da keluar result. hee.. :)

mom pun kata, "Alhamdulillah"

semua ini rezeki pemberian Allah. tidak akan ku lupakan masa study week seminggu sebelum exam. study week ku di Shah Alam, jauh dari family, sambut birthday dengan opah atok, banyak sangat jalan! haha. g Sg Buloh, Klang, Shah Alam. aiwaah! masa tu xsedar exam tu minggu depan! main Twitter dengan Cik Pnaz la. hihi. but, we did for good. asking for difficulties in subjects! lepas tu, masa study week tu rajin pulak berSkype! hah! thank you, Skype monster! :')

Alhamdulillah, lepas juga tahun 2. tahun dimana senior2 kata zaman kejatuhan! ya. diakui ada yang jatuh, tapi kami bangkit kembali dengan izin Allah. inshaAllah kami ada lagi 2 tahun. doakan saya dan rakan2 dapat menghabiskan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perakaunan dengan jayanya. InshaAllah, tahun 2014 kami akan menamatkan zaman bujang pengajian di USIM dan akan menghadapi cabaran di luar sana. Doakan ye! :)

owh ye! inshaAllah subjek tahun 3 semakin kental! moga Allah permudahkan jihad kami nanti..

[Resipi Iftar] #2 : Nasi Ayam Madu


Semalam berjaya buat nasi ayam! okay. seriusly, kalah kedai punya! rasanya yang ni la nasi ayam paling sedap pernah makan. hik. bukan angkat bakul sendiri tapi realiti! sampai kan kami menambah la semalam. sahur pagi tadi pun makan nasi ayam. sampai licin la semua, nasi, ayam, kicap, sos cili semua! hihi.

(untuk rebusan dan sup)
beberapa ketul ayam
3 biji bawang besar/merah
1 biji kiub ayam
1 1/2 inci halia
1 batang kulit kayu manis
2 biji bunga cengkih
3 biji buah pelaga
air secukupnya (cukup untuk sup dan masak nasi nanti)
secubit garam

(untuk perapan ayam)
ayam -yang direbus tadi
kicap cair secukupnya
sos tiram secukupnya
3 sudu madu - kalau suka manis, lebihkan

(untuk nasi)
3 cawan beras (bergantung pada kuantiti org makan)
2 sudu besar butter
air rebusan ayam tadi - ikut sukatan anda sukat air untuk masak nasi
sehelai daun pandan

(untuk sos cili)
5 biji cili merah
5 ulas bawang putih
2cm halia
1 sudu teh gula, garam, cuka
1/2 cawan air panas

(untuk kicap)
3 ulas bawang putih - dimayang
kicap cair
sedikit air rebusan ayam 

(untuk salad)
daun salad

(untuk hiasan sup)
daun bawang
daun sup
bawang goreng


1. Bersihkan ayam. Potong ikut suka.

2. Tumbuk / kisar bawang merah dan halia. Tumiskan dengan sedikit minyak sehingga bawang menjadi perang.

3. Masukkan air, ayam, kulit kayu manis, bunga cengkih, daun pelaga dan kiub ayam. Masaklah sehingga ayam masak.

4. Sementara tunggu ayam masak, bersihkan beras. Bila da siap sup tadi, ambil sup tadi dalam beberapa cawan mengikut sukatan air yang dikehendaki. Masukkan butter dan daun pandan.

5. Keluarkan ayam dari periuk dan perap dengan kicap cair, sos tiram dan madu. Untuk hasil terbaik, perap selama 1/2 - 1 jam dalam peti sejuk supaya perapan menyerap. Goreng dengan minyak. jangan terlalu lama nanti hitam sebab tadi kita perap dengan madu. lagipun ayam tadi da masak.

6. Untuk sos - blend semua bahan tadi dan hidangkan.

7. Untuk kicap - tumis bawang putih sehingga naik bau. Masukkan kicap dan sedikit air rebusan tadi.

8. Potong salad secukupnya dan hidangkan kesemua yang telah siap tadi! 

tadaaa! Nasi Ayam Madu kita da siap!

[Resipi Raya] #2 : Chocolate Chip Bar


Kembali lagi kita untuk resipi raya yg kedua. hikhik :)

Kelmarin buat ni untuk berbuka. Alhamdulillah menjadi. Hee. takut la kan kalau xjadi. lepas tu, buatnye awal sebab nak buat bekal untuk kakak. dia nak balik UIA petang tu. (haha. adik mithali x?) mmg sedap dan sesuai untuk raya. em. tekstur dia macam kek tp bukan. haha. buat la.. mesti tau mcm mana. :p sampaikan mama kata boleh la buat utk raya nnt! yay! hee. lets check it out!



125g mentega
1 cawan gula (boleh dikurangkan, sukatan ini agak terlalu manis)
1/2 sudu kecil baking powder
1/2 sudu kecil bicarbonate soda
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
1 biji telur
1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
1 1/2 cawan chocolate chips 
Kismis (sy tambah)

Cara membuat
1. Putar mentega, gula, baking powder, bicarbonate soda sehingga kembang
2. Masukkan telur dan putar lagi hingga sebati, masukkan esen vanila
3. Masukkan tepung, chocolate chip dan kismis dan gaul rata
4. Lapik dulang pembakar dengan baking paper yang telah disapu dengan mentega supaya adunan tidak melekat
5. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang, ratakan dengan menekan sedikit adunan di dalam loyang.
6. Bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu 160C selama 15-18minit (atau sehingga masak keperangan)
